saving time

 On Sunday our clocks will be set an hour ahead for saving time house this means we will be losing an hour of sleep To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour  to help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour feel better rested I will go to go to bed on Saturday night at 900 The positive part about Daylight Savings is we are one day closer to the first day of spring we will slowly lose sunlight each day
