 This Friday our ancillary staff is leading  a leisure group we will be ding yoga I have done yoga before I enjoy new exercises one yoga move I know is cow  pose    

On Friday we are going to The Outdoor Adventure Center this outdoor adventure center is located at 1801 Atwater St, Detroit, MI. One thing I plan on doing there is hunting and trapping traditions.

 part of my Tryles schedule  includes  going to a worksite My work site is Holiday Market   one of my  jobs at my work site is sweeping another  one  of my jobs is wiping bottle return machines  one work site I would like to try is Emagine theater
